NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Purchasing a phone card will not increase your opportunity to win a prize. Obtain an instant win promotional sweepstakes game piece with the purchase of any Promotional Pre-Paid Phone Card. The promotion begins on or about January 01, 2016 and ends on or about December 31, 2017 or when supplies of promotional sweepstakes pre-paid phone cards are exhausted. This promotional sweepstakes game is conducted to promote a consumer product (pre-paid phone cards). The purchase price of the subject card is $1.00 / $2.00 or $5.00 and entitles the purchaser to the use of a certain number minutes of pre-paid phone time and / and a $2.00 discount on the purchase of a $5.00 pre-paid phone card. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To obtain a free Promotional Sweepstakes Game Piece send a self-addressed hand written, stamped # 10 envelope along with a 3” x 5” index card with the words Free Card to Target Promotions, LLC 1000 Peachtree Industrial Blvd, Suite 6-341, Suwanee, Georgia 30024, or visit us at www.wordpress-173139-516614.cloudwaysapps.com Each free promotional sweepstakes game piece request must be mailed or requested separately. Requests must be post marked not later than December 31, 2017 and must be received by February 1, 2018. By requesting a free sweepstakes entry, you agree to receive email solicitations as well as text messages. Standard text messaging rates apply.
How to Play: Peel off the cover ply or scratch off the shaded latex area to reveal the pin #, access # and to see the results of the promotional sweepstakes game. All winning prizes are printed on the promotional sweepstakes card.
To Claim your Prize: All cash prizes up to and including ($499 $1 phone cards, $1,000 $2 phone cards, $2,500 $5 phone cards) instant winners must be claimed at the location where the pre-paid phone card was purchased. All PRIZES AMOUNTS WILL BE PRINTED IN THE AMOUNT OF THE PRIZE SPACE. THE WORD “JACKPOT” printed on any card will equal the amount shown on the www.wordpress-173139-516614.cloudwaysapps.com web page. If you received a winning promotional game piece by mail or are a grand prize winner, on a 3″ x 5″ index card, print your name, complete mailing address (including zip code), date of birth, daytime and evening telephone numbers, drivers license number including the State and sign your name. Mail your winning game piece (after making a copy for your records) along with the 3″ x 5″ index card to: Target Promotions, LLC “Winning Game Piece” 1000 Peachtree Industrial Blvd, Suite 6-341, Suwanee, Georgia 30024. Claims must be sent via CERTIFIED MAIL return receipt requested and must be postmarked by 12/31/17. All claims must be received not later than 2/01/18 and are subject to verification. All materials submitted by an entrant become the sole property of Target Promotions LLC and will not be returned. Target Promotions LLC as well as its retail locations reserves the right to pay all winners including the grand prizewinners with a cashier’s check, money order, company check or cash within 10 days of receipt of a winning game piece. If you are a promotional sweepstakes prizewinner, retain your pre-paid phone card and Pin # by separating the promotional sweepstakes game piece from the pre-paid phone card by cutting along the dotted line. Purchasers of promotional pre-paid phone cards are prohibited from splitting winnings with any other person, party or group.
General conditions: Target Promotions LLC, its printers and participating retailers are not responsible for lost, stolen, late, illegible, mutilated, postage due or misdirected mailed requests. Game pieces are void if defective, altered, forged or obtained outside authorized channels. Only original game pieces will be redeemed for prizes. Mechanical reproductions or facsimiles will not be accepted. The sweepstakes portion of the winning cards becomes the property of the company and will not be returned. Participants agree to release and hold harmless the Company and their respective officers, members, employees, attorneys, affiliated organizations, printers, suppliers and agents for any and all damages, including injury, death, loss or any other liability that may result from their acceptance or use of any prize or from their participation in the promotional sweepstakes game or their use or misuse of the Pre-Paid Phone Card. By participating, participants agree not to contest the outcome of the game and to fully comply with the official sweepstakes rules. Prizewinners are solely responsible for all State, Federal and local taxes. Liability for an irregular game piece shall be limited to the replacement of the game piece, provided supplies last. If through printing or production errors or for any other reason whatsoever, more winning game pieces are printed for any category of prizes than intended and / or set forth, remaining winners in such prize category will be determined by random drawing from among all remaining winning game pieces. All Promotional Prizes, including top prizes, are subject to availability at the time of phone card purchase. Promotional prizes may be unavailable at the time of phone card purchase due to prior sale or other causes in the normal course of business. Effective 1/1/12 a weekly maintenance fee of .25 cents will be charged to all phone cards in the promotion. In any event all phone cards in the promotion will expire 6/01/17. The decisions of Target Promotions, LLC shall be final. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. All promotional prizes including top promotional prizes are subject to availability at the time of purchase. Top promotional prizes may be unavailable at the time of phone card purchase due to prior sale or other causes occurring in the normal course of business.

Overall opportunities of obtaining a winning game piece are approximately 1:3.9. Prizes may vary depending on promotion. Depending on the promotion the TRV per 3,000 cards is approximately $3,000.00, the TRV per 1,500 cards is approximately $1,500.00
Eligibility: The sweepstakes shall be open to all US residents 18 years of age and older, except those persons who after August 1, 2002 were or are agents of Company their advertising or promotion agencies and / or any affiliated organization, printers, individuals engaged in the development, production, distribution of materials or implementation of the game and the immediate family of any person in any of the above classes. Promotional sweepstakes are void where prohibited by law. Location may require that all instant win cash prizes must be redeemed for in store merchandise of like amount.
Free Sweepstakes game pieces received by mail have the same opportunity to win a prize as sweepstakes cards received with the purchase of a phone card.
